Wherever possible, any WHS concerns will be resolved through consultation between workers, their representatives and/or their manager. If the concern cannot be resolved, then it can be referred to their Manager for resolution. Ultimately any issue remaining unresolved may be referred to the Principle. Where the issue remains unresolved the default procedure for issue resolution set out in the WHS Regulations must be followed.

If reasonable efforts have been made to resolve an issue and it remains unresolved, any party to the issue can ask Comcare to appoint an inspector to assist in resolving the matter.
